Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia Alen Simonyan received Colombian Ambassador Hector Isidro Arenas Neira, the NA informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Welcoming the Ambassador in the Parliament of Armenia, Alen Simonyan expressed hope that such meetings can have their contribution to the development of the Armenian-Colombian relations. In his turn the Ambassador Arena Neira thanked Alen Simonyan for reception and expressed his readiness to take steps for giving a new momentum to bilateral relations,

The interlocutors also touched upon other issues of bilateral interest, particularly, regarding the inter-parliamentary cooperation.
