YEREVAN.- Resident of the Armenian city of Idjevan destroyed monuments in the local park.
The city municipality appealed to the police informing of an unknown man who broke the right arm of “Renaissance” monument erected in the local park.
The man was identified as 51-year-old Martun Galumyan. It was revealed that earlier this year Galumyan destroyed several cultural monuments and tore off decorations from the door of St. Nerses Snorhali church. An investigation is underway.
