YEREVAN. – Armenia accepts EU motto ‘more against much,’ Secretary of Armenia’s National Security Council (NSCA) Arthur Baghdasaryan said at the eighth Advisory Board Meeting of the EU Advisory Group (EUAG). The meeting was headed by Baghdasaryan and the new Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Traian Hristea.
The Secretary said that Armenia is an active participant of the Eastern Partnership.
“Armenia accepts the EU motto ‘more against much’,” Baghdasaryan said adding that Armenia-EU 2009-2011 project was successfully implemented and a new project for 2012-2013 is already ready.
It is aimed for all interested bodies and is intended to discuss at the Council early other year. Afterwards it would be presented for the President’s ratification.
The Ambassador Hristea said it is an honor to head the EU delegation to Armenia taking into account the serious positive developments, which are registered in Armenia-EU relations.
French and German Ambassadors Henri Reynaud and Hans-Jochen Schmidt respectively also praised high Armenia-EU relations.
