An Armenian manual worker, who had arrived in Russia from Armenia to work, lost his life while carrying out renovations in Kaliningrad city. 

According to preliminary information, the 40-year-old man fell from the rooftop, while changing the tiles of a five-storey building, and he died on the spot. 

The investigation commission ascertained that the man was working on the rooftop without insurance. 

The Russian media report that the investigation department is currently discussing whether a criminal case should be launched on charges of breach in labor rules.
