YEREVAN. – Armenia’s President, and the ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Chairman, Serzh Sargsyan attended, in capital Yerevan on Friday, meeting of the Sayat Nova 2 and Metaks 1 initial organizations of RPA’s Central Regional Organization.    

The meeting’s order of the day was the election of the delegates to RPA’s 13th congress. And as a result of voting, the meeting elected Serzh Sargsyan as a congress delegate. 

The President thanked for the confidence given to him, and responded to the questions of meeting participants, Presidential Press Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

To note, RPA Press Secretary, and National Assembly Deputy Speaker, Eduard Sharmazanov had informed that RPA’s congress will be convened in early 2012.
