YEREVAN. – Negotiation process on Karabakh conflict will not lead to anything in 2012, leader of New Times Party Aram Karapetyan told journalists on Friday.
According to Karapetyan, the longer Armenia will preserve the current state of the negotiations, the more are chances that the conflict will be settled to Armenia’s advantage.
He considers that if situation over Iran deteriorates, both problems -Iran and Karabakh conflict will be settled jointly.
“Unfortunately, certain forces are likely to be engaged in a confrontation with Iran and it will have a negative impact on the region and Armenia in particular,” he said.
