As a result of the data from 99.48 percent of the polling stations, incumbent Zoran Milanovic has received 74.66 percent of the votes in the runoff of the Croatian presidential elections, reports the State Electoral Commission of Croatia.

Accordingly, based on the data obtained from 6,720 of the 6,755 polling stations, Milanovic has garnered 1,114,383 votes (74.66%). Independent candidate Dragan Primorac, who is supported by the ruling Croatian Democratic Union party, has received 378,172 votes (25.34%). Voter turnout was 44.16 percent.

In the first round held on December 29 last year, Milanovic had garnered the support of 49.09 percent of the voters, while his main rival, Primorac, had received 19.35 percent.
