The metallurgical plant—which was moved from Yeraskh village to Ararat community of Ararat Province due to Azerbaijani shooting—is almost ready, Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan stated at Monday’s press conference to recap the 2024 economic results in Armenia.

Papoyan assured that the aforesaid plant is planned to go into large-scale production in February-March 2025.

"The plant will produce high-quality finished products," Papoyan said.

He informed that investments of 40 to 50 million US dollars were made there.
