BAKU. – Azerbaijani Interior Ministry Troops (IMT) officer Hikmet Azizov fired at military serviceman Kyanan Novruzoglu, who lost his life as a result of the gunshot wound he received, APA News Agency of Azerbaijan reported.
The incident occurred in an IMT military unit. And in an interview with APA, IMT Press Service Head Terana Mammadova confirmed this incident, and noted that it occurred as a result of careless use of firearm.
