YEREVAN-Citizens can receive basic state services on one window principle or through the internet, Armenia’s Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan told reporters on Wednesday.
He reminded that since legislative amendments were made in January 2011 the registration procedures of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs had been simplified. This year the ministry is planning to introduce a single concept on state services which will serve as a basis for 80-90 percent of state services on the one window principal or online.
