The conflict in the Gaza Strip has ended, US President Donald Trump announced at the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, Reuters reports.
The war is over, Trump said.
The US president added that the Hamas movement will carry out the disarmament measures outlined in the peace plan.
Donald Trump arrived at the Knesset on Monday, where he signed the guestbook, calling the day “great” and a “new beginning.”
“This is my great honor. A great and beautiful day, a new beginning,” the US president wrote.
