YEREVAN. – The Armenian 2012 State Budget’s social package for each person is 132,000 drams (approx. US$ 344.58) where 52,000 drams (approx. $135.74) are set as mandatory medical insurance, ROSGOSSTRAKH ARMENIA Insurance Company Executive Director Gagik Grigoryan informed during a press conference on Wednesday.
In his words, the medical insurance payment for the 52,000 drams constitutes 3.8 million drams (approx. $9,919.81), but the insurance companies can also offer extended packages.
To note, the public servants may use these social packages for health insurance, mortgage loan services, recreation in Armenia and Karabakh, and for the child’s tuition fee.
