YEREVAN.- Either the ruling Republican Party (RPA) will rig elections, or they will reach a “mandate” deal with the opposition, former Karabakh Foreign Minister Arman Melikyan told the journalists on Thursday.
“The best option is agreement reached between the RPA and the Armenian National Congress [opposition bloc],” said Melikyan, 2008 presidential candidate.
Melikyan considers the newly elected parliament will include seven political parties.
