YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan on Tuesday received the Russian Education and Science Ministry delegation members, who are in Armenia on a working visit. They discussed bilateral cooperation in the field of education. 

Presenting the priorities of Armenia’s education policy, Ashotyan noted that the requirements from the country’s university system have been toughened up, Education and Science Ministry informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Also, the Minister introduced Armenia’s education reforms, and informed that Armenia assumed the 2012-2015 Secretariat of the Bologna Process. 

In addition, the parties reflected on the activities of the Russian university branches in Armenia, and discussed joint education programs.
