YEREVAN.- Investigators have launched criminal proceedings against a young man who tried to break in the building of Armenian parliament, spokesperson for Prosecutor General Sona Truzyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to preliminary data, Vrezh Galstyan was previously convicted, he has mental problems.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, a man sustained a gunshot wound as he tried to carry in a knife into the NA building on Friday.
