YEREVAN.- Around 2,000 guests will be present at the special session of the Armenian parliament to be held on April 9, spokesperson  for parliament speaker Gohar Poghosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The meeting will bring together civil society representatives, politicians, officials from Armenia and Karabakh, representatives of Diaspora, scientists, cultural figures and representatives of ethnic minorities.

Among the guests are businessmen, NGO and media representatives, heads of diplomatic missions and delegations of international organizations.

Reelected president Serzh Sargsyan will take an oath of office at the special session of the Armenian parliament on April 9.
