Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) has kicked off Wednesday in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.
Even though all participants are represented at the event, some delegations are led by deputy FMs.
At the meeting, the BSEC chairmanship-in-office will be transferred from Armenia to Azerbaijan.
