YEREVAN. – National Assembly (NA) deputy Feliks Tsolakyan will soon be appointed Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia; speaking to Armenian News-NEWS.am, Tsolakyan has confirmed this information.

“Yes, I have received such a proposal,” he said. “[And] I have accepted it.”

Shirak Province ex-Governor Feliks Tsolakyan was a member of the NA faction of the former ruling Republican Party of Armenia. But after voting in favor of Nikol Pashinyan’s candidacy as PM on May 1, he had submitted a petition to leave this faction.
