YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia has signed a decree to appoint Tigran Balayan as Armenia’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands with a residence in the Hague.
Garegin Melkonyan has been recalled from the Netherlands by another decree.
By another decree, Tigran Balayan, who is the incumbent spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry, has been also appointed Armenia’s permanent representative at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
