The meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs has kicked off in Vienna ahead of the summit to be held tomorrow.
