Once again violating the humanitarian ceasefire, Azerbaijan fired artillery fire in the northern direction from 00:04 to 02:45, as well as rocket fire in the southern direction from 02:20 to 02:45, Armenian Defense Ministry spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan wrote on her Telegram channel.

Armenia and Azerbaijan decided to establish a humanitarian truce on October 18, from 00:00 local time.

This decision was taken in continuation of the statement made on October 1 by the presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs - the French Republic, the Russian Federation and the United States of America, the statement adopted on October 5 by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, and according to the joint statement adopted in Moscow on October 10.
