A delegation of 12 deputies from the ruling bloc My Step bloc headed by Speaker of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan arrived in Artsakh on a working visit on October 17.
According to the order of the Speaker of the National Assembly, the date of their return has not been indicated, and judging by the decisions and orders adopted in the National Assembly in recent days, Ararat Mirzoyan has not yet returned, the Hraparak newspaper reported.
