According to Aravot.am’s information, Armenia’s Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan has submitted his resignation.
As per the website, he will be replaced in this capacity by Vagharshak Harutyunyan, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister, who had served as Minister of Defense in 1999-2000.
