Meeting between Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Kazan may lead to resolution of the Karabakh conflict, said OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut.

Speaking at a press conference in Moscow, he stressed OSCE hopes for peace and stability to be established in the South Caucasus region. He also expressed hope the Kazan meeting will be a success and lead to conflict settlement.
