The Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan wold why their troops shelled a car with Russian peacekeepers. 

The agency admitted that on September 20, the car with the representatives of the Russain peacekeeping contingent in it came under fire from Azerbaijani Armed Forces. 

In a statement, the Prosecur General’s Office explained that the Azerbaijani military mistook a car with Russian peacekeepers for a vehicle belonging to “illegal Armenian armed formations’’ due to “difficult terrain and foggy and rainy weather conditions.”
