Vladimir Kolokoltsev, General of Police and the head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, has landed in Yerevan for a meeting of the Joint Board of the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Russia and Armenia.
During his visit, various other activities are scheduled, as confirmed by Irina Volk, the official spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
