The European Union’s (EU) support to Armenia, and the matter of the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations were also  discussed during the session of the Foreign Affairs Council of the foreign ministers of the 27 EU member states.

At the end of the session, Peter Stano, Lead Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Commission of the EU, told the Armenpress correspondent in Brussels that at the session, the EU foreign ministers reaffirmed their support for Armenia, recalling all the elements announced by the results of the session held in November, as well as support for the work on the new agenda of Armenia-EU relations, and the further normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
