The Armenian Foreign Ministry expressed condolences over the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow.
"We are shocked by the horrifying news about the inhuman terrorist attack in Moscow. We deeply mourn the loss of innocent people and wish speedy recovery to all the injured and victims," the statement reads.
