The Russian ministry for emergencies has released a new list of those who died in the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in the Moscow region, and there are 68 surnames on this list, reports RIA Novosti.
But the list will be updated, as forensic medical experts are still verifying the identities of the other casualties, added the aforesaid ministry.
