The next conditions for concluding a peace agreement for Ukraine will be more complicated and harsh if they refuse the proposal put forward by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Sergei Naryshkin, director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), said in an interview with TASS.

"The next conditions under which peace can be achieved and some kind of peace agreement signed will be more complicated and tougher for Ukraine," he said when asked what will happen to Ukraine if it refuses the new peace proposal.
