YEREVAN.- One of Armenia’s NGOs called on the political parties to release their election program on CDs for blind people.
The “Help and Rights” NGO is ready to cooperate with all the political forces ready to accept the proposal.
There are 12,537 blind and people with residual vision in Armenia.
