Minister of Health Alexander Kvitashvili ranks 2nd (6.68 points), followed by Minister of Education and Science Dmitri Shashkin (5.68 points) and Prime Minister Nika Gialauri (5.63 points).

Minister of Culture and Sport Nikoloz Rurua (5.18 points) and Minister of Internal Affairs Vano Merabishvili (4.37) share the 4th and 5th places.

Minister of Justice Zurab Adeishvili, and Minister of Reintegration Temur Yakobashvili rank 6th and 7th respectively (3.87 and 3.37 points).

According to the 845 respondents, Georgian Minister for Refugees and Settlement Koba Subeliani has the lowest intellectual level (2.85 points).
