YEREVAN. – The Yerevan N. 14 School after Nar-Dos opened a special department for the children from Syria. The classes from 1 to 9 grades will study according to the Syrian school program.

Issues on organizing the education of Syrian-Armenian children were discussed during the meeting between the Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan and the archbishop of the diocese of Damascus Armash Nalbandian, Yerevan city hall press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am information-analytic agency. The Yerevan city mayor expressed readiness to cooperate within the process of education of the Syrian-Armenian children.
