YEREVAN. – Issues on evaluating and preserving cultural heritage, perspectives and cooperation of developing tourism were discussed during the meeting between Yerevan city hall representatives and Ile-de-France regional council tourism officials.

Yerevan city hall representatives stated that Armenian-French mutual warm friendship and business ties between the Yerevan and Ile-de-France city halls are a good base for realizing joint projects, especially on preserving cultural heritage, city hall informs. The Yerevan city hall on behalf of the Mayor Taron Margaryan is always ready to discuss projects of mutual interest. The Ile-de-France city hall representative stated that he has noticed lots of opportunities on developing tourism and expressed readiness to support more actively the process of promotion of Yerevan historical-cultural heritage abroad.
