YEREVAN.- Two elderly men were rescued in last 24 hours by the employees of Armenia’s Emergency Situations Ministry.

An alert was received that a resident of apartment in Yerevan’s Tigran Mets Street is not answering the doorbell and phone calls. Arriving at the site rescuers opened the door finding an old man who was later taken to hospital.

Similar case was registered in Byureghavan village of Kotayk Region. The rescuers found unconscious man on the bathroom floor. Doctors say he is critical.
