Armenia’s Labor and Social Affairs Minister Artem Asatryan attended, in Sofia, Bulgaria, on Wednesday and Thursday, the UN Ministerial Conference entitled “Ending the placement of children under three in institutions: Support nurturing families for all young children.”

Also, the minister delivered a presentation during the event, and spoke about the steps that are taken in Armenia in this direction and the future courses of action.  

In addition, the Armenian Labor and Social Affairs Minister met privately with the Bulgarian Minister of Labour and Social Policy, and they discussed bilateral cooperation issues. 

At the Bulgarian minister’s invitation, Artem Asatryan visited the Centre for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives, where arrangement was made with the Bulgarian side with respect to Armenian specialists’ receiving training at the Centre.
