The Presidents of Armenia and Turkmenistan, Serzh Sargsyan and Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, are content with the bilateral negotiations, they announced at the mutual press briefing after the negotiations on November 29 in Yerevan.

The Armenian president assessed the negotiations as very specific, positive and focused. Various issues of bilateral cooperation in trade, economic and humanitarian issues, and the investment climate were discussed. According to President Sargsyan, the potential for the development is more than involved, and a full realization of the potential is in the interests of both parties.

Speaking about the role of the Armenian-Turkmen intergovernmental commission, the president of Armenia expressed hope that the outcome of the meeting in Yerevan will give new impetus to the development of cooperation. Generally speaking, the range of relations is very large and the agreement signed today is designed to further expand the circle.

Serj Sargsyan added that Armenia and Turkmenistan will organize a bilateral business forum in Turkmen capital next year.

According to the President of Turkmenistan, the forum can hold exhibitions and presentations to clearly familiarize the parties with each other.
