YEREVAN. – The opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) will hold a march on December 10, and the event will be devoted to Human Rights Day, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reports.  

“Our reporter attempted to verify from ANC spokesperson Arman Musinyan as to whether [ANC leader and First President] Levon Ter-Petrosyan will take part in the march. ‘I cannot say at this time,” Musinyan responded. 

Incidentally, Levon Ter-Petrosyan usually did not participate in this traditional march by ANC, but he took part [in it] last year,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
