YEREVAN.- All Armenian highways are open for vehicles as of Tuesday morning.
Armenia’s Ministry of Transport and Communication said cleanup work is underway in several regions. It was reported that road Stepantsminda-Lars is only open to cars and buses with 30 sitting places.
