YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Minister of Defense, Seyran Ohanyan, met separately with Belarus Defense Minister, Lieutenant General Yuri Zhadobin, and Russian Federation Minister of Defense, Army General Sergey Shoygu, on Tuesday in Moscow.   

The interlocutors discussed military and militaro-technical cooperation issues. Also, the parties summed up the current year results of the activities of their respective defense agencies, and signed the 2013 programs for bilateral cooperation, Armenian MOD press service informs.     

On the same day, Seyran Ohanyan attended regular session of the CIS Council of Defence Ministers. The participants discussed the cooperation among the defense agencies of the CIS member states, and adopted decisions on enhancing joint activities.
