The Russian President met with counterparts from Armenia, Belarus and Kazakhstan in Moscow.

As the press service of the Kremlin informs, by the end of CSTO and EurAsEC summits, and also the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council bilateral meetings were held between Vladimir Putin and President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev approved the plan of joint actions of Russia and Kazakhstan for 2013-2015. In the presence of other two presidents, the two countries signed a Memorandum between the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in the development of emergency response in case of accidents with the use of “ERA-GLONASS” and the possibility of development on this basis of additional navigation and information services in the field of transportation.
