YEREVAN. - The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia has conveyed to the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia envelopes, which contain personal passwords for the envoys and consulate officers, also their families who are abroad together with them and have the right to vote, who are going to participate in the voting in upcoming Presidential Elections on February, 2013.

The head of the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia Tigran Mukuchyan has informed that there are totally 243 voters, among them employed in embassies and the families living with them in 35 countries.
