YEREVAN. – The exchange rate of the American national currency stabilized this week at the AMD 405-406/$1 range at Armenia’s financial market, but it showed a tendency to rise solely on Friday. 

Yet dollar trading was not conducted Friday at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. Even though the asking price for the US national currency was AMD 406/$1, its selling offer price was AMD 407/$1. Thus, the exchange rate of the dollar reached the AMD 406-407/$1 range.   

The dollar rose by AMD 0.5 at the cash foreign currency market of Armenia. Now, there are more exchange offices that buy the US currency at AMD 405/$1 and sell it at AMD 408/$1.
