YEREVAN.- At all the polling stations that observers visited, the voting process was held in accordance with procedures established by law, head of the OSCE PA observation mission Tonino Picula told reporters.

He noted that he personally visited five polling stations where all procedures were respected. The OSCE observers will also conduct monitoring of the situation in the regions.

Picula also said that the observers arrived in Armenia not only to assess the situation on the Election Day, all their conclusions will be built taking into account the entire  process of the election race.

He said observers will present a preliminary assessment of the electoral processes in Armenia at 11am on Tuesday.
