YEREVAN. – The key difference between the movement that occurred in Armenia in 2008 and the present-day movement is that the developments in the 2008 movement were quite predictable but, in this case, the degree of predictability is relatively less. Opposition Heritage Party former member Vardan Khachatryan stated this during a press conference on Friday, but he added that the organizational level of the current movement is increasing rather quickly.   

To the query as to the degree this unpredictability is justified, he responded: “Predictability is perilous in dealings with an arbitrary opponent.” 

In addition, as per Khachatryan, an absence of predictability in a demeanor contains an offer and a compromise.
