YEREVAN. – During the hearings in the Constitutional Court each party by its questions is trying to better reveal and fix its arguments, representative of Serzh Sargsyan told reporters.
“I do not presume to assess readiness of the plaintiffs and state whether they are strong or weak. During the proceedings, the parties have their own tasks and present them on their own,” Davit Harutyunyan told reporters in the Constitutional Court on Wednesday.
Harutyunyan said that they refused to ask questions to the plaintiffs, but this is not a sign of weakness.
“We do not have a goal to learn something new to include it in our final speech,” he explained.
Former presidential candidates Raffi Hovannisian and Andreas Ghukasyan in their claims demand that results of the presidential elections must be canceled.
