YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Emergency Situations Minister Armen Yeritsyan on Tuesday chaired the weekly consultation meeting of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), the latter’s press service informs.

At the end of the discussions, Yeritsyan granted the rank of colonel to MES Bandmaster Manvel Utujyan.

With another order of the minister, MES Operational Planning Division Chief, Colonel Hayk Yegiazaryan was awarded with the “Prevention, Assistance, Rescue” medal while No. 5 Fire and Rescue Brigade Commander Melsik Dallakyan was presented with the “Best Firefighter-Rescuer” medal.
