STEPANAKERT.- President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on pre-term suspension of the Artsakh Republic Supreme Court chairman Aramayis Avagyan’s term in office, according to his own application.
According to another Presidential decree, the second class state counselor of justice Aramayis Avagyan was appointed NKR deputy attorney-general, NKR president’s press service reported.
