“The opposition exists to criticize; it is natural [that] they would have criticized whomever we had to choose [as PM]. We, on the other hand, evaluated the Government and its work and made a positive decision. Overall, I am satisfied with the work of the Government.
They claim that the opposition would govern better, [but] for the most part, the [present-day] opposition includes people who were in office at different times,” Sahakyan said, and he recalled the conditions under which RPA had come to power and how today’s authorities are.
The ruling party MP also stated that they aim at improving the situation.
“Dreams are one thing, making use of the opportunities and strengthening the state are something else. There can be a better one to a good candidate. We discussed and assessed his [that is, PM Sargsyan’s] and the Government’s work, alike,” Galust Sahakyan noted.
