YEREVAN. – The interim Government of Armenia on Thursday adopted a decision to set May 5 as Compulsory Enforcers’ Day.
The reason for choosing May 5 as this day is due to the fact that the two main laws, which regulate the activities of the service that ensures the compulsory enforcement of judicial orders in Armenia, were adopted on May 5, 1998.
In addition, the Justice Ministry’s Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Orders (CESJO) traditionally marks May 5 as the day of its founding.
